I give this book 3。5 stars， which I know makes me a traitor to the sisters， but here we are。 The first half of this book felt like a really long journey through mud and quicksand， and left me wanting to turn back。 If I needed to read again how Drake is a thief with no morals， or Cassius is loyal， I might have stopped reading。 Much of the first half felt repetitive and unnecessary， and maybe could have been half as long。 Kyra on the other hand is the best！ Broken， deranged， loyal， good-hearted， a I give this book 3。5 stars， which I know makes me a traitor to the sisters， but here we are。 The first half of this book felt like a really long journey through mud and quicksand， and left me wanting to turn back。 If I needed to read again how Drake is a thief with no morals， or Cassius is loyal， I might have stopped reading。 Much of the first half felt repetitive and unnecessary， and maybe could have been half as long。 Kyra on the other hand is the best！ Broken， deranged， loyal， good-hearted， and all around the light in this book， I lived for her chapters， and for her spirit。 Thankfully the second half of the book picked up in storyline， action， deception， and intrigue。 At this point， so many lies are being told， I kinda forgot what the truths were anymore！ This book does end on a pretty amazing cliffhanger， so be ready for it， but it won’t break your soul like some of the cliffies they leave us with。 。。。more

There is literally so much I can say about this amazing book！ But， I'll keep it spoiler free。The world building is just beyond magnificent。 The characters are seriously *chefs kiss* I loved that this is a mix of retellings from Aladdin and Repunzal which are two of my favorite stories/movies。Cassius gives off the golden retriever vibe， Drake is such an anti-hero that is a complete greedy jerk but will make you laugh about it。 Kyra literally reminds me of Brooklyn with a B （The Death Club） she is There is literally so much I can say about this amazing book！ But， I'll keep it spoiler free。The world building is just beyond magnificent。 The characters are seriously *chefs kiss* I loved that this is a mix of retellings from Aladdin and Repunzal which are two of my favorite stories/movies。Cassius gives off the golden retriever vibe， Drake is such an anti-hero that is a complete greedy jerk but will make you laugh about it。 Kyra literally reminds me of Brooklyn with a B （The Death Club） she is hilarious with a touch of crazy from being locked away in a coin for thousands of years。 Austyn is a strong willed and sassy FMC that will leave you wanting to watch her break all the rules。This book will leave you on the edge of your seat and gasping for more。 In true Twisted Sister fashion， they leave you on one hell of a cliff hanger that will make you want to scream or cry （they love our tears）。 I definitely need book 2 after that ending！！Thank you so much for the chance to ARC for you！ I loved every second of this book and cannot wait to see what happens next。 。。。more

I was lucky enough to win an arc of this book in exchange for an honest review。 The Twisted Sisters have done it again， they wrote an amazing book！The book is a dark fairytale retelling of Aladdin with multiple povs and it is definitely a slow burn。 The book features Austyn， Cassius， Drake， and Kyra as the main characters。 Austyn is a princess who is being forced into a tournament where high born suitors will be trying to win her hand in marriage， but she does not want to marry anyone。 Cassius i I was lucky enough to win an arc of this book in exchange for an honest review。 The Twisted Sisters have done it again， they wrote an amazing book！The book is a dark fairytale retelling of Aladdin with multiple povs and it is definitely a slow burn。 The book features Austyn， Cassius， Drake， and Kyra as the main characters。 Austyn is a princess who is being forced into a tournament where high born suitors will be trying to win her hand in marriage， but she does not want to marry anyone。 Cassius is a royal guard at the palace who was sentenced to death due to a mistake。 Drake is one of the Forty Thieves who enters the tournament。 Lastly， Kyra who is a magical being that was trapped inside a coin and forced to fulfill the wishes of her master。 I went into this book only knowing that it was a retelling of Aladdin， and I could definitely see pieces that were the same。 The story is so fast paced that I didn't even feel like I was reading almost 1000 pages on my kindle。 Out of all the characters， I think that Kyra might be my favorite， at least for now。 She has so much history that shapes who she is， and I felt like every time I was reading her pov I was learning so much about her。 I did not read the novella before reading this book but， I did read it afterwards。 It is based on Kyra's story and while you don't necessarily have to read it since you can get some of the information from the book。 But if you end up liking Kyra， at least as much as I do， then it's a great addition to learn more about her。 I definitely can't wait to read more when the next book comes out！ Especially after that cliffhanger！ 。。。more

To say I am absolutely speechless is an understatement。The sisters have done it again and my good god you guys have to buckle up for this rollercoaster of a first book in their new fantasy series👀。The moment I saw the sisters mention Aladdin themed， I knew I was gonna love this book as I adore those type of unique twists the authors put on the tale🧞♀️。A quick little piece of advice I recommended is READ THE PREQUEL NOVELLA。 Some people tend to go straight in the series and skip the novella- I w To say I am absolutely speechless is an understatement。The sisters have done it again and my good god you guys have to buckle up for this rollercoaster of a first book in their new fantasy series👀。The moment I saw the sisters mention Aladdin themed， I knew I was gonna love this book as I adore those type of unique twists the authors put on the tale🧞♀️。A quick little piece of advice I recommended is READ THE PREQUEL NOVELLA。 Some people tend to go straight in the series and skip the novella- I would advise against this as this Novella provides a lot of background information about Kyra （who is one of our main characters in AGOMAG）。One thing I love about the sisters books is that they always write about POWERFUL female characters and this is no different with this book。 Austyn （princess of Osaria） and Kyra （our little blessing） are both strong leads。 I mean Austyn is deadly with a blade （and yes we get those battle scenes of her👀） and the fact even though she was basically being auctioned off to the best suitor she did not stand down and battled Maggot。。 sorry I mean Magdor on every second of the matter。 Moving on to Drake and Cassius - god I absolutely love their bromance already😂。 I don’t know who I’m in love with more， the cheeky， cunning thief that is Drake or the loyal， traitorous royal guard （well he’s not really a traitor）。I know this review is quite lengthy but I’m getting there alright👀… I DO NOT KNOW WHO I SHIP OUR MAIN FOUR MORE WITH。 Like there’s some moments and I’m like yes - Drake & Austyn， and Cassius & Kyra but then I read the next chapter and that just flips。 So I cannot wait to see how my opinion will change as the series develops。Finally， last point - yes I have read many of the sisters books and you think I would know by now but THAT GOD DAMN KILLER OF A CLIFFHANGER。 Why do you got to leave me hanging like that 😭Thank you to the authors for providing this ARC for my honest review。 。。。more

Arc Received:4。5 Stars What can I say another amazing book from the Twisted Sisters！I loved how it was based on a Rapunzel/Aladdin Retelling with fae/fallen gods- the sisters made it so easy to imagine the world and fall in love with it。 I really enjoyed the character development especially between Drake and Cassias。 It was a very quick read， I couldn’t put it down and of course after any twisted sisters ending I need the next book ASAP？！

I loved this book and have spent every single moment of my free time reading it since it arrived on my kindle。 The authors have successfully created a new world which I’m hooked on and the world building and characters are outstanding。 Within just a few chapter， I was emotional invested in all of the main characters and I can’t wait to discover what the sister have in store for them。 I really enjoyed seeing Cass & Drake evolved and loved seeing Austyn rebel in an attempt to gain her freedom。 But I loved this book and have spent every single moment of my free time reading it since it arrived on my kindle。 The authors have successfully created a new world which I’m hooked on and the world building and characters are outstanding。 Within just a few chapter， I was emotional invested in all of the main characters and I can’t wait to discover what the sister have in store for them。 I really enjoyed seeing Cass & Drake evolved and loved seeing Austyn rebel in an attempt to gain her freedom。 But I have to say Kyra is my favourite character （and reading the prequel made me love her more）， she’s so innocent yet ruthless at the same time and her craziness is perfect。 The story is amazing， it contains moment which had me laughing and moments when I was gripping my seat in suspense with an ending which left me wishing for more。I have read a few fairytale retelling and this is by far my favourite and met all my expectations。 I can’t wait for the next story in the series。 *ARC received from the authors which I have voluntarily reviewed 。。。more

New series from my favorite Twisted Sisters？ SAY LESS。 A Game of Malice and Greed is the beginning of a new M/F series by the sisters that is set in Osaria， a world of Fae， and is loosely based on the story of Aladdin。 Be warned – this book is THICK- similar in size to most of the sisters other fantasy works。 This is high fantasy and the start of a series， so as such we get a lot of details in this book in order to build the world。 We get the perspective of a tattooed thief， a royal guard， a gen New series from my favorite Twisted Sisters？ SAY LESS。 A Game of Malice and Greed is the beginning of a new M/F series by the sisters that is set in Osaria， a world of Fae， and is loosely based on the story of Aladdin。 Be warned – this book is THICK- similar in size to most of the sisters other fantasy works。 This is high fantasy and the start of a series， so as such we get a lot of details in this book in order to build the world。 We get the perspective of a tattooed thief， a royal guard， a genie and a princess isolated from the world as they pursue a journey riddled with curses， enemies （super evil， of course！）， lost gods and trickery。 I loved the slight nods to the story of Aladdin， but also got some Rapunzel vibes and really enjoyed how the sisters took their own creative license and made these stories into something totally different and unique。 Speaking of unique – the magic system was really intriguing and I loved how it presented in each fae。 Even though this was a super intense， very dark at times read， the sisters peppered laugh out loud witty humor all throughout which I certainly enjoyed。 This was extremely slow burn and fully of angst with a surprising ending that left my jaw on the floor。 Thank you to the authors for an e-arc！ 。。。more

"Master， you have awoken me from my slumber and my power is now yours to wield。 I am Kyra， Slave to the Coin， The Blessing， Keeper of Wishes， Maker of Dreams， and anything you command shall come to pass。" 4。25 stars！If you're a fan of the Twisted Sisters， then you know what to expect from their novels--dark humor， a little backstabbing and betrayal， plenty of twists to keep you guessing， and a heaping of sexual tension to keep things interesting。 If you were a fan of Caroline and Susanne befo "Master， you have awoken me from my slumber and my power is now yours to wield。 I am Kyra， Slave to the Coin， The Blessing， Keeper of Wishes， Maker of Dreams， and anything you command shall come to pass。" 4。25 stars！If you're a fan of the Twisted Sisters， then you know what to expect from their novels--dark humor， a little backstabbing and betrayal， plenty of twists to keep you guessing， and a heaping of sexual tension to keep things interesting。 If you were a fan of Caroline and Susanne before the release of ZA， then you can probably appreciate the similarities between this series and their Forbidden Fairytales series （which I loved！） while also eagerly anticipating the twisty surprises the Sisters are known for。。。and they did not disappoint！ I was the trophy， the glossy little token for whichever suitors greased my father's palm enough to enter the pageant--an ancient， barbaric and entirely sexist tradition。 At the beginning of our tale， we meet Austyn， a princess who longs for her freedom and independence while she is trapped by ancient traditions and an empress who seems to control all。 Her desperation for freedom and sense of hopelessness in the face of her predestined future were heart-wrenching to witness， but I loved watching her perform little acts of rebellion while fighting the advances of Kahn and her slight admiration for Count Nazari。 Little does she know， there is someone from her past who admires her strength and resilience in the face of oppression and who would do anything to protect her。。。 I am number two hundred and eighty-seven， and I am made of steel。 I am a warrior for Osaria。 I cannot be broken。 Cassius， former Royal Guard and protector of the princess， is sentenced to death after he views the princess's face before her Unveiling。 It's an act that changes the course of his life forever as he meets Drake the night before his sentence is scheduled to be carried out。 Drake is the epitome of everything Cassius isn't--an arrogant thief whose only goal is self-preservation and gratification。 Despite how opposite they are from each other， Cassius and Drake form a tentative truce as they are forced to rely on each other in order to achieve their goals--Drake of becoming emperor and Cassius of overthrowing the empress。 However， both Cassius and Drake are willing to do whatever they have to in order to accomplish their goals which only serves to complicate their journey the deeper their connection appears to be。 I was a man of sin， a street thief， a liar， and a savage。 But I would never be a coward。 Kyra， our innocent， naïve， yet quirky all-powerful being， was once again my favorite character of the story！ She's just so unpredictable--having the ability to be completely ruthless yet wholly vulnerable at the same time--and I just love her craziness。 I loved how Drake treated her as a sentient being from their first meeting and was so gentle with her， even though he broke his promise in the end。 Cassius and Drake have such a great bromance， but I'm excited to see how their dynamic changes after everything that is unleashed on them。 This novel was pretty PG-13 smut-wise， so I have to say that I'm ready for more between both couples in the next book！Tropes: fairytale retelling， anti-hero， naive heroine， protector hero， strong heroine， magical being， forbidden love， hate-to-love-you， unrequited love， hero-on-the-run， hidden powers， royal romance， secret prophecy， bromance， cliffhanger ending （part of a series） *ARC provided by the authors， and I voluntarily reviewed it*--BONUS: Fairy Fair scene from Orion's POV--If you didn't know， the preorder version of this book has two bonus ZA scenes--one of them being the Fairy Fair scene from The Reckoning from Orion's POV which is probably my favorite scene from the entire series。 And y'all this bonus scene is so freaking glorious！！ I pretty much highlighted the entire chapter， while my heart broke even more for my Orion babe🖤🖤 5++ stars！！ 。。。more

Another amazing book from the sisters。 The new world and magic system is great and the detail they add makes it so easy to picture everything。 After only a few chapters I’d already fallen in love with the main characters and I’m now very invested in what happens to them next。 Lots of funny moments to counter all the intense ones。 I can’t wait for the next one to come out。

A big thank you to the authors for sending me this ARC！ A Game of Malice and Greed is the first book in a new Fantasy Romance series from our favorite Twisted Sisters （if you haven’t read any books from these authors trust me， you need to！） and while I’ve been a big fan of their books for a while， I think it is their best work yet！ In true Twisted Sisters fashion this book is almost 1000 pages long but there is so much happening I flew through it in one day and wow， what a ride it was！ I already A big thank you to the authors for sending me this ARC！ A Game of Malice and Greed is the first book in a new Fantasy Romance series from our favorite Twisted Sisters （if you haven’t read any books from these authors trust me， you need to！） and while I’ve been a big fan of their books for a while， I think it is their best work yet！ In true Twisted Sisters fashion this book is almost 1000 pages long but there is so much happening I flew through it in one day and wow， what a ride it was！ I already can’t wait for the second book and I won’t be mad if it’s even longer， there’s just something about Caroline and Susanne’s books that you never want to stop reading them， they are always amazing！In A Game of Malice and Greed we have 4 POVs: Drake， one of the Forty Thieves; Cassius， a royal guard sentenced to death due to mistake; Austyn， a princess who is supposed to marry， but has other plans; and Kyra， a magical being with unimaginable power locked in a coin and forced to fulfill the wishes of her master。 I went into this book not knowing much about it and I had so much fun I recommend doing the same to everyone。 It is a retelling of Aladdin and Rapunzel， which were always among my favorites tales， and I loved seeing all the references to those tales， it was fun trying to spot all the little clues that were connected to them。 I thought there would be a bit more romance， but the plot was so fascinating and fast paced I didn’t even think much about it and with how much we learned about the world building and the characters， I have a feeling there’s going to be more of it in the next books。 Speaking of characters， I loved every single one of our core four， they were all very fleshed out， none of them was perfect which made them relatable and they all grew so much in this book， I can’t wait to read more about them。 A Game of Malice and Greed is an amazing Fantasy Romance book and I recommend it to everyone who enjoys this genre。 This book has it all: amazing characters and their relationships， interesting world with fascinating magic， fast paced plot that had me on the edge of my seat and of course， like always with Twisted Sisters book， a mind-blowing cliffhanger that left me speechless。 The next book can’t come soon enough！ 。。。more
